If you have ordered or received the incorrect item, please contact Avan Spare Parts or Avan Customer Service for assistance.
We may be able to assist with getting you the correct item.
Please note, that the incorrect item will need to be returned back to us before any refund is given.
Avan will not refund the cost of freight if the incorrect part was sourced by you.

Avan Spareparts and/or Customer Service need to be notified within 72hrs of receiving the order if:
- Any discrepancies with your order
- Any items are missing
- Any items are broken/damaged
